We offer a 4 day break from Wednesday to Saturday.
Typical timetable
A typical morning will consist of taught and led classes, followed by brunch. Later
in the day, for those who wish to participate, there will be a ‘Mysore style’ practice.
Classes will be limited to ten people.
Food
We offer a varied selection of foods all sourced locally where possible. We also
cater for specific dietary requirements if notified at time of booking. The Retreat
is not vegetarian, and is not teetotal. We prefer to leave these lifestyle decisions
to the individual. However, if you are vegetarian, or
have a special dietary need
please let us know at the time of booking.
Brunch is served after morning classes as it is inadvisable to eat prior to practice.
Brunch will be a buffet, offering a range of breads, cereals, fresh fruit, cheese
and a cooked breakfast option.
Dinner will be served later in the evening and will consist of three courses. If
you wish to bring wine or duty free to the table you are welcome to do so.
During the day, tea, coffee and herbal infusions are available.

Cost
- £385 per person, sharing a twin room for 3 nights / 4 days, Wednesday to Saturday.
The cost includes flights & transfers, classes, accomodation, brunch and evening
meal.
