Ashtanga Yoga with Yogatone
Yogatone is based on a style of yoga known as Ashtanga. It is an aerobic dynamic core strength moviong meditation leaving the body feeling strong, supple and centred and gives your mind time-out from the stress and strain of daily life to enhance your mental well being.
Many people think you have to be flexible to do yoga. This is not the case. This is an dynamic aerobic practise focusing on the breath, core strength and a sequence of postures which warm up our body. A warm body is more flexible and so joints and muscles are mobilised without stress.
The practise follows a set routine; a gentle flowing sequence of standing then seated postures, ending in a blissful deep relaxation session
