Why yoga works:
Many of us practise yoga but why does it work? Dr. Frank Lipman explains the relationship between yoga and the fascia or connective tissue in our body in a short clip What Is Fascia & Why It Matters.
Insight from the Dalai Lama:-
Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend, or a meaningful day.
The Ultimate Spiritual Way
Like me, a number of you have no doubt read some of the “self help” books and realised that they are a waste of time unless you practise what is written. We start with good intentions but then gradually slip back into old patterns. Hopefully this will be much easier to do on a constant basis
A few minutes of perfection.
Do it yourself enlightenment for those who do not have much time!
Finally
An old Cherokee told his grandson “My Son, there is a battle by two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies & ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness empathy & truth”.
The boy thought about it, and asked “Grandfather which wolf wins?”
The old man quietly replied, “The one you feed”
